How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Money Orders/Cashiers Checks, & Bank Transfers/Zelle Transfers.
Are there any monthly expenses?
No! There are no monthly expenses for lease management opportunities. You have the option to takeover the fees for your property when you buy the property outright.
We will keep properties on our hosting server when lease managing. You must purchase the property outright (NOT LEASE) to receive the website under your own host. The automated news feeds are free when lease managing.
How much does it cost to exclusively buy the station out right?
The flat rate buyout per station is $10,000+ per station. This is the only way you will have access to the website backend. Property owners earn an average of $75,000 annually.
When I lease purchase the station, Can I go live and schedule shows?
Yes! You have total control over your schedule. The scheduling platform is very simple and come with tutorials + customer service (if needed).
How long does it take to set my property up?
You receive access to the properties within one hour of payment. The properties are currently running so no set up is required..
How much money can I really make with my property monthly?
Properties have an average earning potential to reach $10,000 per month.
We do not guarantee every partner will make $10,000 per month. Like any business, your property needs to be marketed effectively using the strategies given to you. 90% of our partners double their investment within 30 days.
Can I resell my property back to you if I don't have time to run it?
Yes! We'll buy your station back for half the price you paid, once we resell the station or put it back on the market.
We do not issue refunds. We will simply ‘re-lease’ your station for you. The station is completely automated so if you take a few months off, notify us and we'll maintain the station for you. Our staff will make 50% revenue from what we bring in while you're on vacation.
How do I get paid off of my property?
Property owners are paid from music submissions, advertising commercials on radio streams, banner advertising, direct response ads per call, sponsored content, social media posts, affiliate marketing and third party marketing websites. Most platforms will payout via ACH, PayPal or Check.
What do I get when I lease a radio station from you?
Station owner will receive logins to the station's playlist stream, login to magazine publication & monthly support.
How do I generate traffic and sales from my radio station?
The stations are currently generating traffic automatically. To boost sells and traffic, we will give you options to purchase marketing campaigns that boost sales. During most paid campaigns, station owners bring in THOUSANDS of listeners daily!
NOTE: Leasing the station will not allow the buyer access to station hosting. You must buy the station exclusively to gain control over website hosting. $1000 / $0 per month is a lease NOT a full buyout.
When lease purchasing, we recommend that clients set up a store to market our white label services. Services include press distribution, music marketing, radio airplay, tv product placements, and morning show sponsorships.
